A mathematical model and simulation scenarios for T and B cells immune response to severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus-2

Abstract Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus is a type 2 highly contagious, and transmissible among humans; the natural human immune response to severe syndrome-coronavirus-2 combines cell-mediated immunity (lymphocyte) antibody production. In present study, we analyzed dynamic effects of adaptive system cell activation in host. The methodology consisted modeling using ordinary differential equations; for this model, equilibrium free viral infection was obtained, its local stability determined. Analysis model revealed that lymphocyte leads total pathogen elimination by specific recognition antigens; dynamics are driven interaction between epithelial cells, infection, helper T, cytotoxic B lymphocytes. Numerical simulations showed solutions match involved role lymphocytes preventing new infections stopping spread; these results reinforce understanding cellular mechanisms processes organism against allowing biophysical occur living systems, dealing with exchange information at level.
